GPC

The GPC is the PDA system from Piletest. It is the next generation of dynamic pile testing systems, designed with simplified software and higher ease of use than incumbent systems. Professor George G. Goble, the pioneer of dynamic pile analyzers, designed the GPC system.

Advantages

  • Lossless Wireless Transmission.

  • Comboducer – Strain gauge + Accelerometer transducers combined in one sensor. Prevents nonvertical accelerometer mounting (common with the incumbent system) with fewer bolts.

  • Eight channels - Dual GPC systems for four Comboducers or a Single GPC with averaging cables.

  • ASTM D4945 Standard compliant.

Applications

You only need to connect two Comboducer (dual-purpose) sensors to test a driven pile dynamically while it is being hammered into the ground. The system main unit can be attached to the pile under test and sends all the monitored data to your computer via lossless wireless communication. This concept makes the construction site work much easier and faster to operate. To measure the four sides of a pile, you can use two main-unit systems simultaneously with a dual WiFi connection computer.

Easy to Operate Dynamic Pile Testing, with Intuitive Software and Combo Sensors (Comboducers)

Reliable

  • Lossless wireless communication - 100% reliable wireless connection.

  • The GPC main unit was designed to tolerate the harsh pile driving conditions. Watch

  • 3-year warranty!

  • Rugged connectors and sensors

Easy to Use

  • Single sensor for two transducers, with Comboducer = Accelerometer +

        Stain Gauge

  • One operator can handle the lightweight GPC system.

  • Easy and Simple to use software.

Top Perfromance

  • Dual channel lossless WiFi connection

  • N_GAPA - Top-notch Automatic Pile Analysis software for signal matching analysis, proven to be equal to and faster than CAPWAP

  • Real-time analysis of non-uniform piles in the field

Pile Driving Analysis (PDA) software

It is the next generation of automatic pile analysis software for dynamic pile testing, comparable to and better than CAPWAP. It estimates the total bearing capacity of a pile or shaft, as well as resistance distribution along the shaft and at the toe. It is  super-fast.

CHUM

Cross Hole Ultrasonic Monitor

The CHUM uses the Crosshole Sonic Logging CSL testing method to perform high-resolution quality control of deep foundations. It is used mainly for large-size deep pile foundations, where pile integrity tester like PET is unsuitable.

PET Bluetooth

Pile Integrity Tester
PET is used to test the integrity of deep pile foundations. PET Uses the pulse-echo method (PEM) for pile integrity testing (PIT). A pile test starts when the pile top is struck with a hammer, and the PET accelerometer records the reflected waves, which are displayed as a reflectogram.
